There is a wondrous element within the depth of connection. The openness to ourselves and the other, the subtle nuances, overt/covert, conscious and unconscious. For those where connections may have never developed or have been ruptured, the psychoanalytic relationship can offer a place to develop a more centered self. Therapists can lose hold of this sense of wonder.
Ros Webb is a Child, Adolescent, Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and Clinical Psychologist.
Ros is currently in private practice with adolescents and adults and lectures and supervises in a range of post-graduate courses associated with Monash University and the VCPA clinical training program. Ros has specialised in clinical work, consultation, teaching, supervision and presentations related to adolescent development, assessment and psychotherapy. She has worked at the Royal Children’s Hospital and was Senior Psychologist at Austin CAMHS (Victoria) for 13 years. Ros was President of the VCPA from 1997 -2002 and is current VCPA Chair of Ethics.
